We are using a Loot Council system with rolling in our raids. Some items might be given out without rolling.

Core member rank you are expected to:

-Be able to attend 90% of the raids.
-Having 90% best in slot gear.
-Bringing all consumables expected to each raid.
-Show up 30 minutes before raid time.
-Knowledge of upcoming bosses.
-All attunements
-No AFK’ing in raids.
-Most importantly, overall performance in raids has be good.
